Let’s get started:
1. Please fill out the short “Pre-Approval” Application on this page.
It’s an easy quick, painless process to be pre-approved for leasing property.
2. Your application will be reviewed within 2 hours of receipt by our team.
3. Once pre-approved, our system will contact you with a link to our “Full Application” page.
4. Fill out the Full Application, pay your application, credit report, & screening fee.
5. Once your full application and screening reports have been reviewed, we will contact you immediately. We will happily supply you with a copy of your credit and reports free of charge, just request it from us, and we will send it to you.
6. We work diligently to review and (hopefully) approve all applications within 24 hours. We will contact you as soon as your pre-approval is complete.
